How To Get 300+ DoFollow BackLinks Each Month In 10 Minutes A Day

by Jack Nguyen · 74 comments

in SEO

How’s that for a title?  Lol…

But seriously, how would you like to get 300+ backlinks each month working only 10 minutes a day?  Below is a list of 10 social media sites that are dofollow:) Backlink plays an important role to get higher search rankings for your blog post, articles, etc.

Keep in mind though that the 10 minute time frame is the time it takes you to submit to these sites, not the time it would take you to write the content.

Here’s the list:

  1. Izeby
  2. MyLinkVault
  3. IndianPad
  4. Diigo
  5. Propeller
  6. Spurl
  7. BlogMarks
  8. BuddyMarks
  9. Folkd
  10. Mixx

Let’s do some math…

In order to get 300+ backlinks a month, follow these guidelines:

  • You must be able to write 1 post per day, but it’s ok if you don’t, you’ll just have fewer backlinks
  • Submit your blog post to all of these sites so I know they work and it took me no more than a minute to submit my post.
  • For each site, change the title of your post to another related keyword phrase.  For example,  if I submitted a post titled “blue widgets” to one social media site, I would submit the same post to another site but I’d change the title as “cheap blue widgets”.  Get it?

It’s important to change the title of your blog post when submitting to these social media sites to get a more natural set of backlinks going back to your site.

Dont Believe This Works?  Here’s Proof!

I used to submit to directories, and social networking sites for this domain (www.jacknguyen.com) a while back before this blog was even created for “oc seo“.  OC is short for Orange County, where I’m from.

In Google, my blog is ranked on the first page for OC seo even though I don’t even try to rank for that term anymore!

What’s Your Take?

Even if you’ve heard of these sites before, are you actively submitting your posts to them?  I know I need to be better at it….. Would love to hear your thoughts about what other sites you have used in the past.

Hi Paul,

Digg is no longer consider as Social bookmarking site. So Do not share your e-commerce links in Digg. But backlinsk from Digg is quality one. Try Yahoo Buzz.

Also Google Bookmarks can be used to index your pages. not for backlink purpose.

6 ZXT April 17, 2010 at 10:11 pm

Honestly I believe back links or PR isn’t that important to get a high ranking in SERP. I have a personal experience with my blog article about Alexa ranking (keywords: Alexa ranking tips). Within a week or so I got to first page of Google with very few back links to that particular article. Then it settled to number 3 for a few months but last week it moved to number 2.

Nevertheless, these are good tips to get backlinks. As backlinks provides pagerank and traffic at the same time.

It also depends on your blog as well, if people are naturally linking to your blog then it’s a backlink. The older your blog gets the more backlinks your blog is going to get (if you provide good content). Then when you create new blog post content with keywords in the title, headers, and content body, the search engines will give your blog a boost in rankings because of your blog’s popularity.

Nice formula dude! By the way I hate reg multiple account. For me submitting to Digg is already enough because I have more than 1 blogs. I don’t think people who not used do this will take 10 minutes. :)

For me, I rarely submit my blog post to social bookmarking site except Digg, StumbleUpon, Blogengage and nothing more than that. Don’t know, I just think that building backlinks via social bookmarking is not that effective and not natural. The best way will be guest posting and blog commenting, that’s the only way that I think is really useful and effective.

Anyway, everyone has their own way to build backlinks. Good luck Jack!

It’s an easy but simple way of doing it however these links do not always stick and if you do not use digg it may not get indexed right. Plus bookamarks are not really quality links.

Hey Charles, backlinks are not really quality links, but it’s still a backlink….and if done correctly, you’re links from social media sites should attract more visitors to your site.

Never really tried to get into building backlinks via social bookmarking websites, but I suppose as long as they are dofollow then I can see the benefit of doing the work. Especially if you consistently do it. Still though, If anything though, the way I see it, it is more than likely a short run link building method, rather than a long run.

Backlinks via social media sites should be a part of your linking strategy…..they should never be used alone…

37 Murlu May 2, 2010 at 4:18 pm

If you combine these sites along with building a great name within the community, you’ll be able to get a lot of exposure because of being known within the community.

If you can get in with the some of the higher up people to help promote your articles, you’ll see some really great results.

50 Jack Nguyen

Why go to webmaster tools? All you need to do is go to Yahoo and do a linkdomain: searc string.

Because that would tell you if Google is counting it. We can see if Yahoo is, but no real way to know if Google is counting it unless you could tell us! =D

Sup Kiet – My advice is to mix up your Backlinking strategy. Use bookmarking sites, as well as article submissions through EzineArticles, Go Articles, ArticleDashboard. Then comment on other blogs with an anchor text to your site. You can also guest post on my blog! :)

63 Kiet Duong June 11, 2010 at 11:54 pm

I wouldn’t consider any of my content articles but more like blog posts. Do you submit your blogs to article sites also? There are tons of bookmarking sites on the web; why was it that you choose these ten? Just out of curiosity. I’m sure there are more that allows dofollow. Thanks for your help.

64 Jack Nguyen

No I meant write articles about your blog post’s topic, then add your keyword anchor text in the resource box for EzineArticles.

As for the bookmarking sites I chose for the post, I just chose 10 that were dofollow and that would allow you to get a decent amount of backlinks within a few minutes each day. If you’re not sure what dofollow means, browse through my blog, there should be a post about that topic :)

65 Kiet Duong June 12, 2010 at 12:18 am

Ivan – Yes it’s bad to get too many backlinks for a new blog. Mainly because a new blog with tons of backlinks means that you are doing two things:

1. buying links
2. getting unnatural links

There is no magic number on the number of backlinks you should get, but you should get links at a steady pace.

Thank you for taking blogging about SEO to the next level. I feel like I’ve done everything else, and read everything else, and it all sounds like blah blah blah after a while. I appreciate that you’re taking the time to get into the nitty gritty of what we need to do after we’ve done stuff TO our sites ad naseum.

I’ve been hitting the SEO on my husband’s appraisal services website really hard for about 4 weeks and I had hit a wall before I found your blog. Our traffic is up 600%, and that is saying something: real estate appraisal is NOT an interesting topic for most people, and getting people to come visit was hard, getting them to stick around is even harder.

Keep it up – I’ll be back!
