I recently downloaded the free WordPress 2 app for my iPhone. It’s a simple app that allows you to do the basics like moderate comments, and create/edit posts and pages. I think it allows you to do the essentials for a phone application. I use to own a BlackBerry and it just didn’t cut it for me, and if you’re into social media then the iPhone is the way to go. There are a few reasons why I needed a WordPress app for my iPhone:
- The ability to write a post when you’re on the road and need to kill some time (time management at it’s finest!)
- Sometimes I have additional thoughts for a previous blog post, I can easily go and edit that post on my phone
- When I see a grammatical or spelling error I might have overlooked, I can go in and correct it anytime, anywhere
I’m pretty sure there are other cool apps I can download to increase traffic for my blog, and of course I will create a post for that in the future. If you have any cool apps that will help your blog in any way. Please post them in the comments.
